hugepdf.io processes PDF documents into extracted, structured, per-page data for agents and humans. The service accepts PDF uploads or PDF URLs, optional prompts, and on-chain payment claims.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement and use the service lawfully in your jurisdiction.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the service to submit PDFs you have the right to process, preview extraction quality, pay quoted prices, and download job outputs.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, submit material you do not have rights to process, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service operation, or abuse automated access.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain responsibility for PDFs, prompts, and other content you submit. hugepdf.io and its software, branding, and service content are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Payments
Quoted job prices are pay-as-you-go. Payment on-chain is used for authentication and settlement. Failed, late, underpaid, overpaid, or unsupported-token payments may not be credited automatically.
8. Data Retention
Submitted PDFs, prompts, extracted artifacts, and job outputs are temporary and are retained for up to 30 minutes before automatic purge.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee extraction accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, hugepdf.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Website or service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use after changes means you accept the modified Terms.

4. Data Retention
Submitted PDFs, prompts, extracted artifacts, and job outputs are retained for up to 30 minutes and then automatically purged. Operational logs and payment records may be retained as needed for security, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
